His firm’s name, Arbor Advisory, lends credence to the “ecosystem” approach to career and professional development which is common in Silicon Valley.
about arbor.
Harnessing an “ecosystem approach” to professional growth and career development enables individuals to exceed their potential. This is especially effective in today’s remote and distributed work environments. Healthy and productive interpersonal relationships, strong communication & presentation skills and transparent leadership are critical to success.
Achieving long-term professional success is similar to the growth of the majestic and resilient Redwood Trees that are ubiquitous to Northern California, where Arbor’s founder has worked for over a decade. Firmly planting and fortifying one’s roots to build a “T-shaped profile” (both breadth and depth) across hard and soft skills is only the first stage of growth. Next, one’s intertwining interactions with their broader ecosystem (such as colleagues, employees, stakeholders, partners, investors and competitors) require careful cultivation and landscaping. Arbor Advisory’s name is rooted in credence to this ecosystem approach.
Arbor’s founder has spent over a decade as a senior leader in technology startups and multi-billion dollar corporations in Business Development and Strategic Partnerships capacities, with direct experience in Product Development, Go-To-Market and Sales initiatives as well. Arbor’s founder specializes in effective communication and has delivered thousands of hours of high-stakes presentations and public speaking engagements.
Arbor Advisory delivers value to growth-oriented individuals and organizations across three pillars: Coaching, Advisory and Instruction.
